We are very excited to be hosting The Original Grazing School for Women at our grounds! This exciting partnership is in conjunction with numerous partners from around our region. This 2-day course is an exicitng way to learn more about farming, grazing and cattle as well as make new connections!
Day 1 will be hosted at the Conrad Schinkinger Memorial Rodeo Grounds starting with lunch, followed by a day of demonstrations. Demos include stock dogs, farrier and hose dentistry. The day will conclude with a sustainable beef presentation after the long table dinner.
Day 2 will be hosted at the St Michael Hall that includes presentations on plant identification, soil characteristics, rural crime and cattle nutrition.
